Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS priority mail.
I take care to wrap each product with as much protection (e.g., bubble wrap) as possible, however, how USPS handles the package is out of my control. Please note that I am also unable to control when USPS delivers the mail especially during the hazardous weather conditions or during the holiday season. If the package arrives late, refund on shipping fee is available for USPS Express Mail only. If you have a definite timeline for your product (e.g., need it for a birthday or Christmas), please ensure enough time for delivery or let's talk about the USPS Express Mail option.
Once you place your order, I will contact you and set an expected ship date. When the product is shipped, I will provide you with the USPS Priority Mail Tracking number.
Returns, Exchange & Cancellations
Returns & Exchanges
In general, I do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If you are unhappy with the product or it is damaged beyond repair, please notify me as soon as you receive your order.
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellations
I do accept cancellations; the request must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
